Mumbai Police arrests 2 top HDIL officials in the PMC Bank Case: Report

The Economic Offences Wing of the Mumbai Police arrested 2 top officials of HDIl, the real estate company in the PMC Bank case. The officials are Rakesh Wadhawan, executive chairman & Sarang Wadhawan, MD of the company. They and PMC officials were named in the FIR for loan default up to Rs 4300 crore. The authorities also seized property worth Rs 3500 crore with regards to alleged financial irregularities at the company.
