Nirmala Sitharaman hopeful of having a trade deal with US

Union finance minister Nirmala Sitharaman said she was hopeful of signing a deal with the US. Sitharaman said that the trade differences with the US are 'narrowing'. Sitharaman, who is in Washington to attend the annual meeting of the International Monetary Fund said, I know the intensity with which the negotiations are going on and a few issues are being sorted out." She said, "India is still growing as the fastest growing economy."
