No dialogue with Tesla for partnership in passenger vehicle business: TATA

Tata Sons Chairman N Chandrasekaran has rebuffed the reports that came last month and clarified that the automaker giant is not in dialogue with the US-based electric carmaker Tesla for a partnership in the passenger vehicle business in the country. Chandrasekaran asserted that "We will do it on our own." He also spoke about the carmaker's plan to enter the electric vehicle segment with its luxury unit Jaguar and Land Rover.
