Online retailers moves to CCI against Flipkart
Online sellers have moved to the Competition Commission of India (CCI) against Flipkart India Pvt Ltd, for allegedly abusing its dominant position in Flipkart online marketplace. All India Online Vendors Association (AIOVA) which represents around 3,500 sellers on e-commerce platforms, claims Flipkart has abused its position. Although, emails which were sent to the e-commerce reseller Flipkart did not respond.
