Only 25% of TCS workforce will be back to office by 2025

While Tata Consultancy Services earlier announced that 70-80% of its employees would be back to the office by 2021-end or start of 2022, the IT giant has now set a new vision under which, only 25% of its workforce will be back to the office by 2025. “Our customers are comfortable with this model and want us to take more work that others are not able to handle," TCS CEO Rajesh Gopinathan said while presenting the annual report.
