Ordering from Chinese sites rises in India, sellers undervaluing goods on bills

In order to escape duty, some Chinese websites have been sending orders to India through courier and calling them samples. Also, when the issue came into notice, the customs officials in India learned that these Chinese sellers were undervaluing their goods on the bills. It was observed that these sites are mentioning prices on bills at just 50% of the price that the same product is offered on the sites.
