The ousted boss of Nissan, Carlos Ghosn was arrested in Japan for under-reporting his income and aggravated violation of trust by temporarily transferring personal investment damages to Nissan in 2008. His wife has written a letter to New York-based Human Rights Watch stating that her husband is being treated harshly in the jail. She wanted to draw the attention of authorities towards his condition.
