OYO announces acquisition of Amsterdam's vacation rental firm @Leisure Group

On Wednesday, OYO announced that it is all set to acquire of Amsterdam-based @Leisure Group. The vacation rental firm in Europe deals in holiday parks, homes, and holiday apartments. Though the details about the deal were not disclosed, the news of the decision to buy the firm from Axel Springer was confirmed by the Gurugram-based hotel brand OYO. OYO has been providing its services across 13 nations in Europe.
