Eying to expand the business to 50 centres by the end of the current calendar year, OYO Hotels and Homes formally enters into the coworking space and acquired Delhi-NCR-based Innov8 for Rs 220 crore. Taking the first step into the commercial real estate sector, Oyo Workspaces, led by Rohit Kapoor, CEO, New Real Estate Businesses said 'We are targeting a $36 billion global coworking space market.'
