OYO is not in a dominant position in the market: CCI

Competition Commission of India (CCI) has said that even though Gurugram-based hospitality chain OYO Hotels and Homes is a significant player in the market, it is not in the dominant position due to misuse of its position. RKG hospitalities has recently raised questions on 7 clauses under its business contract with OYO. RKG also accused OYO of debarring them from entering into agreements with other online aggregators.
