PNB scam gets bigger, now worth Rs 12700 crore

Punjab National Bank has announced that the quantum of fraud in the Nirav Modi case could be more by Rs 1,300 crore than the current amount of Rs 11,400 crore, which it disclosed initially. The fraud revelation had started with Rs 280 crore and now it has gone much deeper and ED has seized Rs 5826 crore till now. While investigating, the bank has also informed the BSE and NSE about the fraud.
