Ransomware ‘Nyetya’ behind new global cyber attack

A computer virus called Nyetya, which is a new variant of ransomware, is currently that affecting companies and institutions all around the world. The new cyber attack began with Russia and Ukraine and is spreading to Asia and Australia. Nyetya is also very similar to WannaCry, the ransomware that affected 200,000 people in 150 countries last month. The cyber attack had caused outages in its computer systems globally.
