RBI hopeful of positive growth in economy in third quarter of Financial year 21

The Reserve Bank of India has expressed hope of positive growth in the country's economy in the third quarter of the financial year 2021. "If this upturn is sustained in the ensuing two months, there is a strong likelihood that the Indian economy will break out of contraction of the six months gone by and return to positive growth in Q3 FY 21," a bulletin by the RBI read. The forecast was made as per the data for October 2020.
