Recalculation of the national rankings of EODB to take place
The World Bank's ease of doing business (EODB) ranking's theory of not being credible and accurate has led to re-calculation of business competitiveness's national rankings, said Paul Romer, chief economist. Romer has apologized to Chile for the decrease in its ranking from 34th to 57th in 2017. India's ranking has jumped from 140 in 2014 to 100 in 2018. The reason behind this is the lack of clarity in things.
