Reliance Brands Ltd confirmed the acquisition of British Toy-maker Hamleys for an undisclosed amount & signed a definitive agreement to acquire 100% shares of Hamleys Global Holdings Ltd. Hamleys owned by Hong Kong-listed C Banner International Holdings has 167 stores across 18 countries. Reliance has the master franchise in India & presently operates 88 stores across 29 cities. This acquisition is a dream come true for RIL.
