Report: Snapdeal in advanced talks to acquire ShopClues

Snapdeal is closing in on acquiring its rival ShopClues in an all-stock deal. This latest development comes in following the failure of earlier discussions on the deal due to disagreement on financial terms. If the 100% buyout deal happens, all of ShopClues’ investors, such as Singapore’s sovereign wealth fund GIC, Helion Venture Partners, Nexus Venture Partners and Unilazer Ventures all will move to Snapdeal.
