Rolls Royce To have lower layers of management until 2020

The engineering firm Rolls Royce is to cut 4600 jobs to reduce the layers of its management. This cut-off is expected to finalize in the year 2020. However, the implementation will start from 2018. This project is expected to cost around 500 million pounds but will save 400 million in return for the company. Also, the company will operate on a properly modified engine system that is not living up to the expectations.
