Sachin and Binny Bansal gets I-T notices on Walmart deal

Flipkart founders Sachin Bansal and Binny Bansal have been notified by the Income Tax department and has been asked to disclose their total income and details of the Walmart deal. Flipkart had signed a share-purchase agreement with Walmart on May 9th where Walmart acquired 77% shares of Flipkart. I-T department asked the Bansals to disclose how much the 46 shareholders of Flipkart gained from the deal.
