Sachin Bansal deposits Rs 699cr tax on his gains from Flipkart

Soon after the I-T department's notice, Sachin Bansal has deposited Rs 699 crore as advance tax that includes his gaining from Flipkart. I-T department had served notice to all the stakeholders of Flipkart to disclose the capital gains. Similar notices were also served to Walmart to ensure the payments of the withholding taxes. Bansal is yet to disclose the total payments he received from the Flipkart-Walmart deal.
