Samsung to make a big investment of Rs 2500 Crore in India

Samsung has lined up a fresh investment of around Rs 2500 crore to turn its India operations into a hub for components business. The Korean company has set up 2 new component manufacturing entities in India-Samsung Display Co & Samsung SDI India, for production of mobile phone display & batteries. They are also pitching to the govt for export incentives so that it can even export components from India.
