Shri Rahul Bajaj resigns as chairman of Bajaj Finserv Ltd.

The chairman and Non-Executive Director of Bajaj Finserv Ltd., Shri Rahul Bajaj has resigned from his post and is replaced by Shri Nanoo Pamnani, as an Independent Non-Executive Chairman of the Company. Rahul has been appointed as Chairman Emeritus and will start his services from the conclusion of Board meeting scheduled on 16 May 2019. While Pamnani will start with effect from 17 May 2019.
