SV Ranganathan and Nitin Bagmane chosen as the interim chairman and COO of CCD

The board has approved SV Ranganathan as the interim chairman of CCD and Nitin Bagmane has been chosen as the interim COO. In due course, the board will also prepare a detailed charter of authorities vested in the executive committee and approve the same. The board has also expressed its support and trust in the company's professional team and the common effort to look after its stakeholder and employees.
