Swiggy introduces moonlighting policy to allow employees to take up side gig

Foodtech startup Swiggy has unveiled a new policy for its full-time employees that allows them to take up second jobs. Under the policy, such employees will be able to take up external projects for pro-bono or economic consideration. However, that is subject to internal approvals. The policy is available to all full-time employees.
