Tata Teleservices to merge with Airtel

Bharti Airtel has acquired the Tata Teleservices Limited. With this merger, Tata customers will get better quality service and extra service, including voice and data. According to reports, this merger will be on a debt-free cash-free basis. However, Airtel have to pay a small part of the amount of spectrum liability of Tata Teleservices towards DOT.
