TCS faces lawsuit by US firm over stealing their trade secrets

Computer Sciences Corp, a US-based insurance company, has alleged the previous week in its lawsuit that software major Tata Consultancy Services has been stealing their trade secrets. CSC claimed that TCS has been doing this to build a competing software platform. It said rather than competing in a fair manner, TCS is stealing data. Earlier in 2014, TCS faced a similar lawsuit from Epic Systems, who even won the case.
