To Expand 'Tribe India' Brand, Amazon Partners Government

To expand the reach of the 'Tribe India' brand, the govt is planning to tie up with Amazon. MOU between Amazon and Tribal Cooperative Marketing Development Federation of India Limited (TRIFED) would be signed next week. TRIFED also collaborated with Snapdeal. With the help of scaling operations and house-to-house retail marketing, govt wants to expand this brand and also plans to set up 2,000 franchise outlets.
