Trademark violation: Court barred Flipkart from selling products under MarQ brand

Flipkart is in trouble for a trademark infringement case as Marc Enterprise has filed for a Trademark violation. Marc Enterprise was selling electronic good using the trademark 'Marc' since 1981 and Flipkart has recently started selling in-house electronic products under 'MarQ' trademark. The Patiala court has passed an interim injunction order on Flipkart on selling any product under the “MarQ” trademark.
