U.S. blocks MoneyGram sale to China's Ant Financial
Raising national security concern the US has blocked Ant Financial’s plan to acquire Moneygram International Inc. The failure of this high profile Chinese deal will represent a blow for Jack Ma, the owner of Ant Financial and Alibaba executives. Jack Ma who frequently appears with high profile world leaders, in a previous meeting with US President Donald Trump, had promised to create 1 million U.S Jobs.
