Uber tied up with Indian Oil and Paytm to offer discount to drivers on fuel

The ride-hailing app Uber has tied-up with state-run Indian Oil Corp Ltd and Vijay Shekhar Sharma-owned Paytm to offer a discount to its drivers on petrol, diesel and CNG purchases at IOCL fuel stations across India. And nearly 12,000 drivers of Uber have already got their names registered for this program. The agreement got final a couple of months ago and came in use just now, an Indian Oil spokesperson said.
