US fares better than China in trade war

China's economic growth will bear the brunt of Donald Trump's order of preparation of tariffs on an additional $200 billion in Chinese imports. While the American equities held up better, China suffered, which has discounted the market's view of US's ability to win any trade war. The tariff war has impacted the stock prices in both countries. An equity strategist said that the US will also suffer in the long run.
