US guitar maker files bankruptcy

The maker of Gibson guitar has filed for the Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection after fighting for years with debt. The legendary brands of Gibson include Les Paul and SG was reported going through $500 million in debt, also his sales sharply decline. His audio business includes Stanton headphones, loudspeakers and turntables for professional musicians. Juszkiewicz acquired Gibson in the year 1986.
