Facebook responds to India on user data sharing

Responding to a notice served by India’s IT Ministry regarding user data sharing with mobile device makers, Facebook has said that it is not aware of any misuse of user information including Indian user information. The social media giant also informed that its partnerships with mobile device companies was not aimed at data sharing and was meant to create a Facebook-like experience on these partner devices.
