With worsened housing affordability, Mumbai is the most expensive city for home buyers

According to a quarterly survey conducted by RBI, the house affordability in India has worsened in the last 4 years. The survey also says that Mumbai is the most expensive city for home-buyers in India. The survey was conducted in 13 cities based on housing loans given by selected banks/housing finance companies. It also shows that house price to income ratio has increased from 56.1% to 61.5% in the last 4 years.
