Wolet Capital files $800k suit against Flipkart and Walmart

An investment bank, Wolet Capital Corp has filed a suit of $800,000 against Flipkart and its owner Walmart alleging the breach of contract, unfair advancement and other claims. The bank that specialises in US-India cross-border deals, has said that the firms have failed to pay it for its advisory services related to the purchase of Upstream Commerce, which offers real-time pricing to sellers.
