Coronavirus restrictions to be raised to highest level in South Korea's capital city

The South Korean government has decided to raise the coronavirus restrictions to the highest level in the capital city of Seoul. Prime Minister Chung Sye-kyun said the decision has been taken due to a record spike in the Covid-19 cases. 1,316 cases were recorded on Friday, which was the highest ever daily rise. The restrictions will last for 2 weeks under which gatherings of more than two people will be banned after 6 pm.
