Health experts want restrictions back as UK records highest COVID-19 deaths in 7 months

Despite the mass vaccination program by the British government, the deadly coronavirus infection continues to claim lives at an alarming pace. With over 40,000 cases being recorded on a daily basis, the daily Covid-related deaths on Tuesday were 223, the highest daily coronavirus death toll since March. Experts at the National Health Service have urged the government to reintroduce some restrictions.
