India records 26,964 fresh Covid-19 cases, 383 deaths in last 24 hours

India recorded as many as 26,964 Covid-19 cases in the last 24 hours. The death toll in the country climbed to 383, taking the total deaths to 4,45,768. The active cases in the country stand at 3,01,989, the lowest in more than 6 months. According to the Union Health Ministry, total recoveries have reached 3,27,83,741. The daily positivity rate in the country stands at 1.69% whereas the recovery rate stands at 97.77%.
