India recorded as many as 29,616 fresh Covid-19 cases in the last 24 hours, a 5.6 percent decline from a day earlier. The country witnessed 290 Covid-related deaths in the same time period. The daily positivity rate in the country stands at 1.86 percent. Kerala, the worst affected state, reported 17,983 cases and 127 Covid deaths in the last 24 hours. 24 fresh cases were recorded in the national capital in the last 24 hours.
