Mumbai's Covid fatality rate in April is 55% more than entire March

The second wave of the coronavirus outbreak in Mumbai is turning out to be more dangerous with the fatality rate in the month of April being 55% more than that of the entire March. The city reported 215 deaths in March but the death toll had already reached 333 by April 11. Unlike the first wave, more young people are turning critical after contracting the infection in the second wave of the pandemic.
