Accused for over 100 rape cases, 71-year-old man arrested

Harvey Joseph Fountain, 71-year-old central Louisiana man was initially arrested for 50 first-degree rape cases and was on $1 million bail when was arrested again for 50 more rape cases on 9th April. The accuser said that he or she was a kid when Fountain raped him or her. Investigators have collected much evidence against him and revealed that all the victims were under 13 around the early 1970s.
