Bail plea of Mumbai attack accused Tahawwur Rana rejected by US court

A $1.5 million bail plea of Pakistani-origin Canadian businessman Tahawwur Rana, who is an accused in the deadly Mumbai terror attacks in 2008, has been rejected by a court in US. 59-year-old Rana was re-arrested on June 10 in Los Angeles on an extradition request by India for his involvement in the terror attacks in India. The court in Los Angeles while denying the bail to Rana said he is a flight risk.
