A major report has revealed shocking details related to the conduct of Australian Special Air Services in Australia. As per the report, 39 Afghani civilians were killed by the elite forces in 23 incidents. The report also claims that the killings were unlawful and were covered up. The authorities have identified as many as 25 perpetrators. Investigator Major Gen Justice Paul Brereton called the incidents "disgraceful".
