India at 6th position for highest number of cyber attacks on pharma companies

India ranked 6th in the world where pharmaceutical companies are being targeted for cybercrime. Approximately, half the machines in the Indian pharmaceutical organisations were detected with malicious attempts, as said by cybersecurity company Kaspersky. Amongst the countries which logged the attacks are Pakistan (54 %), Egypt (53 %), Mexico (47%), Indonesia (46 %), Spain (45 %) and India at 6th position.
