‘Jaagte Raho’ replaces old sirens of police vans in Lucknow

The Lucknow Police have come up with a new idea to replace the old siren of their patrolling vans and have substituted it with the recorded tune of ‘Jaagte Raho’. The trial of the tune has been started in the Hazratganj area and will be implemented on all vehicles soon. The senior superintendent said that the idea of the plan was to assure citizens that police stand with them and it'll discourage criminals.
