After the dreaded gangster, Vikas Dubey escaped following the encounter in which 8 policemen were killed, the administration in Kanpur demolished his bungalow. An encounter broke out between the Uttar Pradesh Police and Vikas Dubey and his men on Thursday night in Bikru village under Chaubepur police station in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh., resulting in the death of 8 cops and two of Dubey's men. The police are searching for Dubey.
