Uttar Pradesh gangster Vikas Dubey, who was on the run since the encounter in his village, where he and his men killed 8 cops, was today arrested from Ujjain in Madhya Pradesh. As the cops were taking him to the vehicle, Dubey spotted the camera and shouted, "Main Vikas Dubey hoon Kanpur wala." The cop holding him from behind then held his mouth and landed a slap right below his temple, and took him away.
