"Nab him and then do encounter": Mother of notorious gangster Vikas Dubey after death of 8 cops

Hours after 8 policemen were killed in action in an attempt to nab the notorious criminal Vikas Dubey in Uttar Pradesh, the criminal's mother has called for surrender or encounter of her son. "By killing innocent policemen, he has done a very bad thing. I want he should come out and surrender to police, otherwise, police will find him anyway. I am saying nab him and then do encounter. He must be punished," Sarla Devi said.
