Shameful act of ragging: MBBS students in UP university forced to shave heads

The medical sciences students of UP University of Medical Sciences Saifai were forced to shave their heads by their seniors and also 'bow in reverence' to them. A video has gone viral where the first-year students are seen saluting their seniors. The Vice-Chancellor of UP University has said that they keep a strict vigil on such activities and he has assured that strong actions will be taken against those involved in it.
