Myanmar has seen south-east Asia’s biggest-ever seize of synthetic drugs revealing massive production of opioids in the area. Between February & April, authorities conducted raids on labs in the lawless Kutkai area of Shan state, and seized nearly 200m meth tablets, 500kg of crystal meth, 300kg of heroin, and 3,750 litres of methyl fentanyl.
