Stopping media, change of car: Video clip sparks controversy after Vikas Dubey's encounter

Hours after the Kanpur-based gangster Vikas Dubey was shot dead in an encounter with the Uttar Pradesh police, a video has emerged sparking controversy around the encounter that raises many questions. When the convoy of police passed through a toll gate, the gangster Vikas Dubey was spotted inside a different car from the one that met with an accident. Media vehicles were also stopped moments ahead of the encounter.
